She decided to remove my cats cone without asking me if it was okay first. Even though it was only off for a short period of time, it was long enough for my cat to reopen her wound and now it's looking like it's getting infected. I have to take my cat to the vet now because of this. Maybe she's okay with dogs, but I wouldn't trust her with your cat, especially if they have a cone. She even asked why she had a cone on at the start of the visit, and I told her why. Very disappointed, I wasted my money. I wish I could receive a refund.

I would highly recommend Hannah for dog sitting. She is very accommodating and was great with our pet. Our dog can get quite anxious in new environments but we could tell Roxy was very relaxed when we picked her up. Clearly she received a lot of attention from Hannah. We are very pleased and have already booked her again for our upcoming holiday.
