Hannah flaked for the appointment we had agreed to— said her alarm did not wake her up when I had asked her if 8 am on a Saturday was too early for her. She also disclosed to me when she finally got back to me later that morning that she had booked another client who she got mixed up with me and never told me she would be booking other clients while my dog Jasper was supposed to be with her. I cannot recommend Hannah as a sitter for lack of transparency/communication and not being reliable. Really put me in a bind to figure out my plans when I thought I had made the appropriate arrangements.
