Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs, literally. We had herding dogs, yard protectors, laid back buddies, rescues that adopted us by wandering to our property and deciding we were the humans they needed. I've raised 4 dogs from puppies, one from the day he was born and all were healthy we mannered dogs. I did pet sitting as a teenager when I didn't need to work full time, and briefly learned about training service dogs and grooming between a job as a caretaker of humans for about a year. I have experience with animals who have come from all different backgrounds and love them for the souls they individually are.

We are a home of 2 children, one who was born August of 2019 and the other April of 2013, my husband who works nights Monday through Friday and then myself. We live in an apartment complex that has large grassy areas near a state park and plenty of walking areas. It's not set by a busy road so makes for a safe quiet setting. We are on the first floor and the apartment has a very open living area, with a kitchen that can easily allow water access and feeding time will be there unless the dog needs to eat in their "room". (I've known dogs who only eat in their kennel or dog house) both children are well behaved with animals, yes even the infant as we are teaching her early to be gentle as her sitter has a toy Chihuahua Yorkie mix.

Availability
I will be available Monday- Friday generally and can potentially be available some weekends. I can be flexible but would prefer to be flexible at least one week in advance, some last minute things can be set, just message me so we can talk.
