Pet care experience
I share a deep compassion for animals, big, small, healthy and frail and have volunteered at animal shelters since I was in high school. This also includes dog/house siting as well for neighbors and family friends. I currently work in the animal field as a veterinary Assistant, where I have gained many amazing skill sets that allow me to keep myself and your pet safe. For example, I can give injections , oral medication in either pill or liquid form using positive reinforcement, and I am also very comfortable with giving IV fluids. I also am aware of many animal behavior, such as signs of fear, anger, and over all separation anxiety. I react in these situations with patience, and a calm manner. By watching and taking care of your sweet and lovely pets, I hope to continue my personal growth with animals, as well as supporting them through all the time you are away from home. It is my goal to make sure they are receiving lots of love and to keep them safe and out of trouble until you return. And yes, to also diligently make sure they are receiving their day's worth of delicious treats.

We’ve had the pleasure to have Hannah look after our pack of dogs several times. The dogs love her and are always happy to see her. She stays at the house and is always conscientious and caring. In fact, she is caring for our 3 dogs this weekend too!
Hannah is sweet and caring. I wish she was more consistent what time of the day she came. On the last day she came so late that I was already back home. Also it was great that she cleaned the litter Box but she left the poop bags in the kitchen trash. This caused My home to stink by the time I got home and I got home. She She took pictures of my cat but not the 1st of the last day. One day she forgot to enter the information on rover until I contacted her.
Hannah did a great job taking care of my cat while I was away! She was extremely reliable and detailed in her Rover cards. I will definitely have Hannah take care of my cat again the next time I'm out of town!
Hanna was really, really great with our 6 month old retriever and she’s also a really cool and likable person. She’s a natural with animals and is responsible and conscientious, not only doing what we ask of her but also going above and beyond to give extra special attention and care to our pet. It’s obvious that caring for animals is a labor of love for Hanna. She will be our first choice of sitters from now on.

At home, I have an orange marmalade cat who is 1 year old, named Simba. I just adore him and it is my goal to keep him happy and healthy. This includes healthy food, daily exercise, and dental hygiene. This relates to your pet in a way that I know what it is like to be pet owner and how much i wish them to be safe and happy when I am away from home. My goal is to keep your pets safe, happy, and loved while your are away. Just like I would want my cat to feel if I was away for a long while.
Information Hannah I. would like to know about your pet
I find it incredibly important to know whether your pet is with dog or cat reactive and if they are allowed to play with other animals. This is in regards to keeping them safe and out of harms way, especially if I am in a situation where their leash slips from my hand by accident. This is also in regards to their vaccine history, to make sure if they are okay to socialize with another pet and are not at risk for any sickness. Also, I find it very helpful to know their favorite spots to go on walks as well as their favorite treats so to spoil them with.
A typical day
When I watch my clients dogs, I use all the resources in the house such as chew toys, ropes, throwing balls and frisbees to keep them entertained and distracted. I like to keep you well informed of our activities during the visits and if we go anywhere exciting, like the dog park. I also like to ask questions to make sure I am up to date on everything relative to the visit. As for cats, I am keen to grooming, petting and making sure they are very, very pampered! I have a soft spot for felines.

I revolve around pet care and I make it work as much as possible with my work schedule. I will work with you on your availability as well as mine to make sure everything works out and I will try my best to help you out with your lovely and sweet pets while you are away.
