I have been caring for animals since I was a child. Growing up, I took care of a large dog, a bird, a lizard, a hedgehog, and many fish. In high school, I dog sat for local families and volunteered at an animal shelter and a wildlife refuge. After high school, I got a job at a animal hospital and was trained as a veterinary technician. I learned how to comfort animals in a very stressful environment and feel comfortable with dogs of any size, breed, and personality. I am also prepared to deal with medical issues should they arise. I absolutely adore all animals and I am looking forward to meeting some new doggy friends! I am currently in college and unfortunately don't get to see my dog for most of the year.
