Dogs are my best friends!
Pet care experience
I grew up taking care of two dogs, a 15 pound papi-poo and a 50 pound labradoodle. My boyfriend also has a 70 pound golden doodle that I frequently take on walks and petsit for when he's busy, so I have experience with dogs of all shapes, energy levels, and sizes! I miss my dogs so much, so I would love some new furry friends! I'm a college student here in Lubbock (where I am a journalism major and in the Honors College). When I'm not in class, I'm totally flexible for requests; I love exercise & would love an exercise buddy, but also would love to lay on the couch watching movies with a dog. I'm here for whatever you, the dog owner, and your dog need!

Hannah is an absolute joy with dogs and loves them like crazy. When she first met my Goldendoodle (and myself), it was love at first sight for both of them - Pam (my dog) is usually a bit of a cautious dog, but she just ran up to Hannah right away to say hi, which is a big move for her. They're as close now as Pam and I are, and dotes on her constantly. She occasionally comes over and walks Pam and they both love their time together - I 100% support having Hannah walk your dog!

I have no breed preferences! I'd just like to know how receptive the dog is to strangers and to other dogs, or any specific care directions (such as medications, specific places to take them or to avoid, etc)
A typical day
The weather is warming up so I'd love to find some new places to walk! If your dog is particularly energetic, we can exercise together, or if they're particularly NOT, I'm perfectly happy staying in and listening to music or watching Netflix. I also love looking for new dog-friendly coffee shops or restaurants! If you're okay with dog parks, I know some fun ones around, but if you're wary of them, we can absolutely avoid them.
