Our experience with Hannah was one in a million! From the beginning of booking the trip she set up a time for us to come meet her with my dogs just to get acquainted and make sure there were no issues. I really appreciate Hannah asking for as much details as possible because it really helped keep my mind at ease while I was away from my babies. She thoroughly explained how she was able to give adequate care to our dogs as well as take care of her own in respect to being mindful if they needed space or did not get along well - which I am so grateful for since my dogs are still puppies, some times they get easily excited around other dogs (it was great to know she had a game plan on giving dogs time to play by themselves/or together and would never leave them unattended as others may just let them roam.) Hannah was always prompt and responsive to messages before, during and after our dogs' stay. Hannah was very accommodating to our schedule to meet before hand as well as with drop off and pick-up, (we experienced a 5 hour delay on return and Hannah was completely understanding and pleasant through this!) As much as I could tell my dogs had missed me upon picking them up, I could also tell they had become fond of Hannah's family as well! I could not express my gratitude enough to Hannah for taking care of my babies! ??❤️

Hannah was fantastic with my service dog! We were traveling in town for an event and needed one night. She took great care of her and went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend her!
