Hi, I’m a previous Rover sitter who has just returned from a “too-busy grad student” hiatus - and I’ve lowered my rates to rebuild my clientele! I’ve cared for countless animals since my childhood - I grew up on a small farm, so not only do I have lifetime experience with dogs and cats, but professional experience caring for animals even bigger than I am! I’m regularly utilized by friends and family as a trusted pet sitter, providing drop-in care several times a day to feed and walk their pets while they’re away. I particularly help a lot with senior dogs and I understand their special mobility and diet needs, and can provide the patient, loving care that they deserve! I've also volunteered weekly as a veterinary assistant at a local animal shelter - this has taught me valuable knowledge in pet health and safety. I'm able to comfort pets through unfamiliar situations, and I’m skilled at helping them feel safe and secure even when they’re in a new location or without their owner.
