Pet care experience
Original Canadian, former Oregonian and new to San Diego as of 2020, I am also a former dog owner and current dog god mom, dog auntie, and cat mom! I have been around dogs and cats my whole life on farms and in the city. I have experience from many dog breeds ranging from australian shepherds, poodles, chihuahuas, labradors, corgis, malamutes, you name it! I love being around animals and would be very excited to help you with your dogs or cats in whatever way you need, from potty breaks to walks to playtime or snuggles <3 I have owned 1 dog, 5 cats, 3 horses, 1 hamster and 3 beta fish - I'm an all around animal enthusiast. I look forward to helping with your furbabies and seeing many smiling faces and wagging tails!

My only safety requirement is regarding boarding and day care. I have a cat of my own and require dogs to be crate trained with a crate provided during bookings. This way if I need to leave my home shortly (typically for another Rover booking and occasionally work) I know my cat is protected in the home unsupervised. Understanding and cooperation is appreciated!

A typical day
Dogs are allowed on my bed and furniture, so I love to make sure they feel at home with me. But of course living close to the beach and bay mean amazing opportunities for fun walks and playtime outside!

Availability
I currently work at the airport Thursday-Monday from 6:30am-3:00pm with Tuesdays and Thursdays off! I am available for walks and drop-ins between 3:30pm-9:30pm on my work days and any time on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Happy to chat about any request, usually only unable to say yes if I have too many bookings at once. The other reason would be for last minute bookings; I require Meet & Greets before confirming bookings to make sure we will be a good match 😊 I love doing Rover with the extra time that I have. I feel fulfilled helping my community members with their fur family whenever I can ❤️
