Dog mom without a dog!
Pet care experience
I cared for my family dog, a female chocolate lab, since she was a puppy. I was her sole caregiver during her senior years. I have watched friends dogs for weekends and been the occasional dog walker as needed. I currently live with 2 cats and can help care for our feline friends as well!

Hannah has always loved animals but is was love at first sight with our dog Bailey. I could always count on her to be the first one to feed her, walk her and to love her. After retiring form the school system I moved cross country to be with my elderly mom but could not take Bailey with me. . Hannah took over full responsibility walking an elderly dog twice a day, feeding her, caring for her and taking her to the vet when needed.Without Hannah taking over this responsibility (while attending the University) I don’t know what I would have done. She cared for and was with Bailey until her last day. Hannah would be a great benefit to your company.
Hannah has dog sat our rescue puppy, Beethoven on multiple occasions. Hannah demonstrated great care, dog knowledge and patience with our Beethoven. As a rescue dog who was abused by his original owner, Beethoven is a generally timid dog who is slow to accept new people. From the first meeting, Hannah was caring and patient and let Beethoven slowly accept her. Over time, with each subsequent visit, Beethoven became more excited about being with Hannah and was visibly sad when we picked him up to take him home. I recommend Hannah without reservation and only wish we still lived near her for Beethoven to spend time with Hannah.

A typical day
I live near druid park which can be a great long walk for your dog! I will play fetch, tug of war, and give the best tummy scratches. If your dog is high energy and in need of a nice long walk with lots of sniffs, I’m your gal. Or if your furry friend is older, we can take a slower and shorter walk.

For the month of August I am on break and will have the majority of time available to work with your furry friends! Come fall I will be available nights and weekends.
