I grew up with animals and miss having them around! At this point in my life it doesn't make sense for me to adopt any animals, so I'd love to hang out with your pets when you are away, either in my home or yours. When I was studying in Alaska, I worked with a non profit called The August Fund, where I boarded and trained retired sled dogs to live inside, be comfortable around small animals, and transition from a working life to retirement and then helped place them in loving homes. Now I volunteer my weekends at the Berkshire Humaine Society as a dog walker to get my dog fix. I would love to board, house sit, or walk your dog and other pets!
