I Work From Home and Love All Pups!
Pet care experience
I have helped raise and train three dogs (Wilson, my dog, Columbo, my in-laws' dog, and Scout, my sister's dog) in the past four years, for myself and my family. My love of dogs is directly related to their empathy. They feed off the energy of the humans they are around. All dogs have love to offer, and I truly enjoy getting to know all of them. Whether it be walks, going for a run, playing in the park, or just relaxing, I am happy to make the dog happy. I work from home and thus the dogs' schedule is easily molded into mine and I am but a few minutes walks away from multiple parks. I am familiar with command training and have been able to maintain a good balance of discipline and love with all the dogs I have worked with. I also have a strong knowledge of surrounding dog parks to take the pups to if that were desired.

It is important that dogs I watch are generally other dog friendly since I have my dogs, Wilson and Lemon who are very friendly to other dogs and absolutely love to play. Wilson and Lemon are great with almost all dogs, though at times he struggles with very small dogs and very big dogs, since we got Lemon I need to know if there are any medications or specific medical conditions or allergies I need to know if it is a dog that barks or yaps profusely as well because of my neighbors
A typical day
I live in Bolingbrook, which has a number of parks in addition to forest preserves which contain a number of dog parks in the near vicinity. My dog, Wilson, my husband, and myself take multiple walks every day for anywhere from 1-5 miles. Though I primarily work from home, in the evenings, I coach basketball practice during weekdays. This means that pets staying with me are home for 5 to 6 hours on their own in the evenings. I do walk any visitors with my dogs upon my arrival home though.
