It appears the dogs are okay but my condo was a different story. The girls are house trained and when Hannah replied to me asking about how things were going (on day two, after not responding at all on day one) with - they had multiple accidents, I thought it strange but chalked it up to them being nervous with us gone. I apologized for them being out of their norm. We received no other communication or update from her. No photos. All Rover sitters I have used previously are very good with keeping you informed of your fur babies. After arriving home (and telling her she could leave early since she stayed at my house instead of the original booking at hers) we walked in to a mess! It looked like the dogs took every potty break in the house. I counted at least 5 pee spots in the carpet, multiple poop stains (she said she cleaned that appropriately when mentioning the accident on day two), two stains on the bed quilt, a stain that looks like pee or puke on the side of the bed and box spring (too high up to be the dogs), cat food spilled behind the toilet (we don't own cats, assuming she brought hers), cat scratch damage on a storage basket, water bottles and other trash left on tables, two beers in a gas station bag (leading me to believe the No Guests rule was broken), my house shoes worn (and left by the kitchen, not their space), and probably more we have yet to discover. I gave two stars because the girls were alive at least and we got engaged on our trip this weekend!! The ability to have the weekend away & our engagement has lessened my agitation but I would not book again.

Hannah has had a love of all fur family since a young age. She has lovingly taken care of her pet siblings as well as pet sit for neighbors when asked. I believe you will not be disappointed in the love and care Hannah will give to your family pets.
