Pet care experience
I have been taking care of friends and family’s pets for over 10 years. It was my first job in junior high, and I’ve continued to provide excellent care ever since. I have taken care of a wide range of animals such as dogs, bunnies, chickens, cows, ducks, etc. I’ve taken many courses for dog training through 4-H, FFA, and the Girl Scouts. Senior dogs, puppies, and everything in between have been under my care, and I love working with all ages. I’ve had 6 dogs in my lifetime; Mikey, Mocha, Molly, Mabel, Miles, and Yoda. All were adopted or rescued from a local shelter or a family who couldn’t provide the necessary care needed. I’ve helped all of my dogs through anxiety, medical issues, training, and helping them blossom into the best dog possible. I love dogs so so much, and I look forward to meeting your doggies!

I currently live in an apartment complex that has a spacious dog park that my dog Yoda and I visit frequently. I also love taking dogs to play at Nutro Dog Park in Thompson’s Station! I’m very active and I do not mind walking in the heat, rain, snow, or shine! Taking care of my own dogs has made me prepared to face any challenge that nature throws at me. Hiking and finding parks in the area is my favorite way to provide enrichment for dogs! We also have a dog washing station at my apartment if there is a need for a bath. When inside I love to find a favorite toy to play with, especially when it’s fetch or tug of war. Snuggles are always welcome but if they need alone time I’m more than happy just to make sure that they’re safe and comfortable.

A typical day
I love finding places for dogs to explore all the new and exciting things to smell and see. Nutro dog park is one of my favorite places to go during the warmer days, especially since most of the park is shaded. My apartment complex has an amazing dog park that has small obstacles to play on and a creek that runs close to the park. I also have found many beautiful parks and hiking trails that are perfect for a dog who is more energetic and has an adventurous spirit!

Availability
I just finished audio engineering school and I’m looking to fill in my extra time with extra love from dogs. I’m currently working part time at Aldi but I’m pretty flexible all day to work with any type of schedule. I prefer to work between 8am-5pm but I might make an exception or two! My weekends are usually pretty busy working with venues or recording but if an opening is available I will gladly put in on my calendar!
