Do you have a frisbee loving pup? I'm looking for a local practice partner! Joking! *Unless they really do love to play, then we'll go until my arm falls off if they are up to it! Since I first welcomed my four-legged sister into the house I have understood why dogs are like family. I enjoy spending time outside with my family on beautiful days, getting exercise and fresh air! I have cared for special needs dogs, elder and young pups. I am available year-round but do have commitments from time-to-time. Let me show you how your furry family member will become like a cousin to me, with all the love and attention I would show my own animals! I have cared for multiple med/lrg dog families in addition to small dog families. I have been responsible for a special needs dog's emergency vet visits while families have been out of the country, to include keeping the family informed of the minute by minute changes and new medications. I moved to the Jersey City area over a year ago and have enjoyed all the local parks, open spaces, and am well acquainted with the local dog parks. While I may not have a yard I do know all the local grass patches near my home. I also have a medium-sized back deck so if your furry family member is also a sun puppy they will be more than happy when they stay with me. I work from home full-time with a very flexible schedule so if your pup likes a 45 minute walk in the middle of the day I will be more than happy to get away from my computer.

I couldn’t have chosen a better person to care for my baby pitbull. She had some allergies and had to deal with new meds, vomiting, and anxiety. I will book her again if I ever need to. 10/10. Trustworthy, involved and so loving towards my dog.
Hannah was super responsive and accommodating to my crazy work schedule. She also went above and beyond with my dog. She played with her, made sure she had enough water, and fed her for me. I’d trust Hannah again with my pup and I’d recommend her to other fur parents!
Hannah was amazing with our puppy. This was the longest we’d been away and she made sure we knew Scarlet was in good hands. They went to the park, played at the house, and explored the neighborhood. Hannah is very experienced and thoughtful. Highly recommend :)
The best dog sitter! Attentive, tskes great smaps of your pet. My dog didnt want to come home! Highly reccomend.

I prefer to meet with families (humans and furry) prior to agreeing on a contract for care services.
A typical day
Walks will take place within the surrounding neighborhood and local community utilizing parks and paths. Shorter walks with more frequency (10-15 min duration) will be taken in grassy areas during the fiery heat of summer, during winter walks will be limited as well if the "RealFeel" is around or below freezing. For instance you want a 30 minute walk during a day where we are experiencing extreme temperatures, We will take a 10 minute walk upon arrival to your home, wait 10 minutes and then take a 10 minute walk if they are not panting heavily (nose has warmed up) and have had water since the first walk. I love playing with dogs and seeing their "inner puppy" come out. Whether throwing a ball/frisbee or playing tug of war. If you tell me your dog loves being sprayed with a hose during summer, we will play with the hose.
