Hanna's communication of good updates and pictures was amazing. Unfortunately, Hanna did not communicate any of the following items of concern in a timely manner: 1. Her dog was previously attacked and takes additional time and work for introductions. Hanna shared during the meet and greet once seeing Raven's response to Mowgli. We were able to work with the dogs but it took some time. 2. Mowgli was gnawing at his tail during boarding. I noticed Mowgli's injured tail after getting him home and messaged Hanna. Hanna said she noticed he chewed at his tail a lot. She never communicated this with me, even during the pick-up. Mowgli has never done this during other boardings. If communicated, we could have done some troubleshooting such as directing him to his chew toys, wrapping with gauze to prevent additional damage, voice messages from me, etc. 3. I sent enough food and treats for at least 3 weeks but absolutely NO food was returned and only 1/4 of the treats were remaining after 11 days. Hanna did not communicate any concerns that Mowgli's food was low. If so, we could have revisited his feeding instructions.

Hanna's a wonderful caretaker and great with animals. Everytime she's with her furry friends whe treats them like her best friend. She's responsible and reliable and definitely a trustworthy person who can take care your kitty or puppers.
