Hanna saved Christmas - end of sentence. We were going to my parents' house for Christmas with our 9 year old and Heidi caught the dog sickness that's going around. We couldn't bring her to the hotel 5 hours away and were in a bind. Hanna came by, gave Heidi all her meds, and provided photos along the way. She made us feel 100% comfortable leaving a coughing dog at home, and we never worried for a second. Would recommend her to anyone, and we plan to continue working with her going forward. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!
I don't know what to say about Hannah than she is fantastic! She started out doing periodic walks for our dog who we could tell just adored her. At one point we had to head out of town for two days and we had Hannah stay over and petsit for those 2 nights and Hannah was terrific, giving us regular facetime and text updates and sending lots of photos. We'll definitely use Hanna again next time we need to take some time away and want to leave the dog behind where he is most comfortable.
Hanna was amazing with my old pup, Brady! She totally understood his needs and made sure he was comfy during his stay. It was clear she genuinely cared for him and went the extra mile to keep him happy. Her updates were awesome, too—always keeping me in the loop. Brady came back home super relaxed and happy. Hanna’s the best for older dogs like Brady!
