I have been a huge dog lover my whole life! I am comfortable with all sizes and temperaments of dogs through fostering and volunteering at shelters. I have potty trained and basic obedience trained many dogs and have no problem continuing training for your dog if you are in that stage with them. I fostered dogs for 2 years before moving to Chicago, and now have my favorite job of dog sitting! I have been a Wag walker and boarder since 2017 and joined Rover October of 2018. I am completing a Master’s degree (full-time student), so my weekday schedule varies week by week. I love going for walks or runs with your dog, whatever their energy level is! I am comfortable taking them to the dog park if that's their favorite place or avoiding dogs or people on walks if they deal with leash reactivity. Last thing to note, I have a peanut allergy so unfortunately I cannot give your dog any peanut butter treats or peanut butter kong. However, sunflower seed butter is a safe substitute that I can provide and I have an array of meat and vegetable based treats on hand :) UPDATE: We have recently added a new addition to our family, rescue mix Louie! He loves dogs outside, but we recently found out he is territorial in the home. For this, I will not be accepting boarding requests (reflected in the calendar). He is starting behavioral training and we will see where it goes! For now, my available services are sitting (in your home), drop-in visits, and walking! :)
