Hanna was very kind, and willing to help us at the last minute before the Christmas holiday. My dog Cooper was very nervous, and Hanna did her best to make sure he was comfortable during his short stay. Thank you, Hanna!

I would not recommend using her as a sitter. I had her watch our dogs at our house for over a week while we were out of town. She was expected to be home every night between 5-6PM to feed and let our dogs out. Most nights she wouldn’t be there until 10/10:30PM. Our dogs were left for 12-13 hours at a time most days, which wasn’t what we agreed upon. The only reason I knew is that our garage lets us know when someone is coming and going from the house. She had a family member in the hospital, but never reached out to let us know. We told her at the meet and greet we have family close by if something comes up. If it wasn’t for our garage we would have never known the poor care our dogs were receiving. She even admitted to wrongdoing, but denied our request for a partial refund. She provided the bare minimum service. I would not recommend using her.
