Pet care experience
I have lived with dogs since I was 18 months old and have taken responsibility for animals since I was in my early teens. I have experience with birds (including chickens-hens and roosters), dogs, and cats. I am also a registered nurse (for humans) and am comfortable giving oral medications, injections, and subcutaneous fluids. I can check weights of any animal under 70 lbs, using a bathroom scale or my baby scale.
Reviews
I’m someone who has a difficult time trusting other people with my companion animals. Hana is one of the few people I trust! Hana is careful, conscientious, and compassionate. I've relied on them many times, both for planned sitting and for emergency needs. Hana has cared for my cat and senior dog, fed, administered medication, and walked the pup. I highly recommend Hana for your animals' needs!
Hana is a kind, intelligent, and enthusiastic person who is also a wonderful caregiver for dogs. Hana's compassion for the nonhuman members of their own family is evident in everything that they do. My own dog was not socialized when I adopted him many years ago, and ever since then he has had aggression issues most dogs he meets. The one exception Hana's dog--I joke that he is my dog's "only dog friend." It speaks to Hana's incredible skill in working with and training dogs that they have trained a dog who can make friends with even the most prickly of other dogs. I have known Hana for 14 years and can attest that they are extremely ethical, responsible, and diligent. They are someone I would absolutely trust to take care of my pets.

Information Hana L. would like to know about your pet
Please tell me about any specific triggers such as bicycles, strollers, skateboards, fireworks, etc. Tell me if your job can jump fences (e.g. my dogs can easily jump a 4-foot chain link fence).
A typical day
I take dogs on leashed walks around the neighborhood or on off-leash excursions in designated areas. Two favorite off-leash adventure areas include the beautiful Cherry Creek Off-Leash Dog Area (107 fenced acres) and the Chatfield Off-Leash Dog Area (70 fenced acres in Littleton).
