Hey there! I'm Halim! I'm a student at CCNY. I’ve been taking care of dogs for my family and friends since I was in high school. I've been around all ages, sizes, and breeds: from a 5-week old Bulldog to a full grown German Sheppard and an old Lab. During my time in the military, I spent a year with a K-9 unit where I worked with and trained K-9's. Being around dogs is never a dull moment and one of the best part is, even on a bad day, they can lift your mood by doing the smallest thing, like rolling over on their back for a belly rub, or simply by just looking at you. I live an active lifestyle and understand the necessary importance of exercise and staying fit. I will treat your dog with the utmost respect and responsibility and will be sure to make your Rover experience as pleasant as possible.

Halim was very friendly and seemed to care a lot about our dog. He made sure to exercise with our dog instead of just the normal walks, and he also provided updates on every walk and feeding.
I was really nervous being away from my recently adopted dog Chester for the first time but Halim put me at great ease. Chester absolutely loved him and Halim took great care of him! He was punctual, followed all my care instructions and was quick to respond to my messages. He provided updates and photos of his time with my pup and was really clean and respectful of my apartment. I look forward to having him watch Chester again in the near future!
Halim is the type of sitter that provides the reassurance needed to know your dog is in good hands. He is caring and attentive to the individual needs of each dog. His calm demeanor and nurturing personality make for an excellent sitter. I HIGHLY recommend him.
Halim is an amazing dog walker, very trustworthy and saved my life these first two weeks bringing home a very anxious rescue dog. My Quentin loves him, you can tell; she's always excited when he comes for her afternoon walk while I'm at work. One time she peed in the apt and Halim cleaned it up and even took out my trash. Upstanding good guy and I would trust him w/ my dog anytime.
