We had a wonderful experience with Haley as our dog sitter. From the moment we reached out, she was incredibly responsive and attentive. Throughout Chip's stay with her, she kept us updated with plenty of pictures and messages, which really put our minds at ease. One thing that really stood out to us was how well Haley understood Chip's special needs. Chip can be reactive when he gets stressed, but Haley handled him with such care and understanding. It was clear that her background as a zookeeper provided her with the skills to respect Chip's boundaries.
