Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Haley and I’m excited to add dog sitting and walking to my repertoire of activities in my new home city! I graduated with my B.S. in Conservation Biology at SUNY-ESF in Syracuse, and now I’m living and working in Buffalo. I have thoroughly walked, fed, and otherwise cared for my dog back home for over 13 years, and I’m looking to continue that routine with your dog(s)! I’ve become familiarized with many goofs in the puppy stages, and sweet older dogs (and everything in between!) through numerous favors for friends, coworkers, and neighbors. I already work outdoors, so I’ll be walking your pet rain or shine (or snow!) I’m reliable, flexible, and excited to meet your pets (and their owners!) in the Buffalo area. I am typically around on weekday evenings, so overnights are ideal as well as before 8:00AM and after 4:00PM. Excited and willing to accept all sorts of dogs (and the challenges that may come with them!)

Hayley has been a trusted friend of mine for over a decade. On many occasions I have asked her to take care of my dog, who requires special accommodations. She has always exceeded my expectations, and I never have to worry when she is in charge.
Walter can hardly contain his excitement whenever Haley comes to play with him. I feel much better knowing that my precious pup is in trusted hands and I 100% trust that Walter has an amazing time with Haley every time she comes to watch him.
Haley is the most responsible, caring, passionate animal lover I know. Not only does she have a degree in conservation biology, giving her a thorough understanding of the entire animal kingdom, but she also engages her passion for working with animals into all facets of her life. I have lived with and been best friends with Haley for 3 years and she has watched my pet rabbit for me on numerous occasions. Twinkie (my bunny) is rather shy and timid, but will always run right over to Haley whenever she is nearby. Haley always treats all animals in her care as her own, showing them endless love and affection. Also, Haley has been around big dogs her entire life. Her family dog Jack is a big and beautiful golden doodle, her boyfriend's dog Artemis is a spunky and cute mix, and our college roommate's dog Max is a strong, yet mushy American boxer. If she can walk these three, she can walk any dog! Haley will give your pet the love and affection she would give her own, and not because she's being paid, but because she truly loves animals so much.
I have asked Haley to watch my animals for me many times and have always returned to find them happy and well taken care of. Haley has owned pets her entire life and is full of love to offer to your pet. She is physically capable and is full of knowledge of animal biology.

No breed preferences at all, but I will say big dogs are much more fun in my experience!

We will walk anywhere and everywhere in parks or along the sidewalks of Buffalo (in all kinds of weather!) If you have any special requests, send them my way. I’m also open to driving your pet to and from parks if they enjoy the wind in their ears and sticking their tongues out the window!
