It was all good until our dogs was missing on the day of pick up. No urgency, no phone call to let us know.Response time was terrible. Just a text apologizing. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Not even a simple call back. It's like we were ghosted. We trusted you with our dogs and you let us down. I would not recommend these sitters at all. In fact they should be removed from this app. Do not book unless you want your pets to go missing. Dog sitting is not her PRIORITY!! ???
