I work nights (11pm-7am), at an assisted living home for individuals with developmental disabilities, so I am generally available in the mornings and evenings. Caretaking is my passion!

A typical day
If your fur baby wants to be petted for the whole visit and is not interested in playing, I am more than happy to oblige. If they have a lot of energy, I will play with them as much as possible to wear them out. Most animals I see want to be petted for a while as soon as I arrive, and then we play with their favorite toys.

Pet care experience
I have pet-sat for neighbors and friends since I was a child, and have been on Rover since November 2021. My partner and I have a puppy (Great Pyrenees mix named Goose) and four cats; two sweet older girls (Bean & Gizmo) and two young rambunctious brothers (Pepper & Basil). We also have a bearded dragon (Rosie), a crested gecko (Aries), and several fish tanks, one housing two axolotls (Puff & Moss). I understand how pets are family; my cats rarely leave me alone when I am home and I can’t imagine life without them. I believe that it’s so important to give your animals the best life possible, and I will do everything I can to make your pet happy and comfortable while you are away. I am a cat person at heart, but I love dogs and all small creatures as well. I am comfortable with puppies as well as older dogs, and any other creatures you need looked after! My partner often works with me so large/multiple dogs are not a problem! He has many years of experience with dogs & has worked at a dog daycare, so he is able to help with training as well.
