Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Haley. I have taken care of animals solo since I was 8 years old, but always had pets in the house since before I could crawl. I am able to walk, feed, play, and bathe dogs, as well as caring for cats. I am available to let animals out to use the restroom during your work day and have also taken care of fish for clients on vacation before. I also have experience in bottle feeding (a pair of motherless raccoons while a rescue was being arranged), as well as administering oral medications. Just let me know what you are looking for and I am more than willing to see if we can work something out! **I feel it is important to note that I do have two small children, a four year old and a five month old. The youngest will definitely be with me at all times, and the oldest may of may not be, dependent on the time of day. My children are raised to be kind and respectful of all animals and their personal space.

Haley is great! We met Haley through social media when looking for a sitter for our new puppy, Missy. We decided to meet at a local dog park, and Haley really took the time to get to know our girl and build the beginnings of a bond with her. We hired Haley to watch Missy for us occasionally during the day while we were at work. I love that he sent us plenty of pictures throughout the day to show us what our girl was up to. Missy always came home happy and well taken care of!
I first met Haley when she was just 10 years old. She had posted flyers advertising her new pet sitting business around our neighborhood. My husband and I are tax preparers and work long hours during tax season, so we often times were unable to give our dog, Frisky, the attention she needed during that time. We hired Haley to stop by our house before school in the mornings to let Frisky out to use the restroom, and then again after she got home from school to play with and feed Frisky. She did a phenomenal job and we definitely kept her busy through the years until she moved away about 8 years later. Although Frisky is no longer with us, we still enjoy visiting with Haley from time to time when she comes home to visit her parents. She is a sweet person and I would definitely recommend her for any pet sitting services.
I have known Haley for 7 years and, still to this day, if a stray animal is on the side of the road..she wants to pull over and care for it. Seeing first hand, she has a passion and patience for animals that I believe is unmatched. As a mother of 2, her instincts carry over to the care of her own pets. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a pet caregiver!

Please feel free to let me know about any special preferences or characteristics with your fur baby. I have worked with elderly dogs and cats who have physical complications (walking, vision, dental problems, etc). I’ve also worked with dogs whose owners prefer for their pet not to have treats, or they may have dietary restrictions. What ever the need, I am adaptable and dependable in altering my interactions with each individual animal in order to ensure their well-being.
A typical day
With my new animal clients, I love to start off our interactions with some fun bonding moments. We can sit together for some nice belly rubs, throw the tennis ball, or just walk around and sniff the surroundings. Once we get to know each other, I’ll be sure to remember each animals specific preferences, while also being open to changing it up when necessary. I am pretty flexible and adaptive to each animal individually!
