Pet care experience
I was a volunteer at an animal shelter for over 4 years and have worked with many kinds of dogs and cats. I’ve worked with animals of all different breeds, health concerns, and personalities. Every dog I’ve taken care of outside of volunteer has always warmed up to me very quickly.

Recommend highly! Haley has watched our pups a number of times over the past few years. Most recently she house sat for a week while we were on vacation. Both our dogs were rescues, are older and have some issues. Azura has high anxiety. JD is deaf, his vision is failing and he requires medication 3x day. She makes sure they get out for their walks and has always been very patient and caring with them both. (The house was in better condition than when we left 😊)
Haley was an extraordinary hire to dog/house sit for us for a week. She sent us pictures and videos every day, and she went above and beyond to leave our house even better than how we left it. Thank you, Haley! Looking forward to booking her again when we go out of town next.

Personally, I have a fenced in yard and my dog is very good about going in and out when needed. With previous clients I have easily accommodated to their neighborhood and environment to ensure the dog gets proper walks and feels comfortable in their own space. I always make sure I leave a home the way it was or even better!

A typical day
I love getting to know pets through play and cuddles. I know a variety of simulating puzzles and activities for older dogs. Playing outside and even within the house is a big priority for high energy dogs to keep them balanced.
