She met with the dogs and I before my trip and was fine. We have big dogs and I warned her that the larger one is standoffish to strangers and advised her how to warm him up without us home. She indicated she was comfortable. We left for a week at Disneyworld and I received notification as soon as we got there that she was cancelling. She left us high and dry and I had to scramble to find and pay for other care because I couldn't leave the dogs without food and water during a heat wave for a week. It was stressful and could have been avoided by her being honest that she felt uncomfortable before I left so I could have found other care. She seemed kind and is probably fine with smaller dogs but my English mastiff appeared be too much and she wasn't forthcoming about feeling uncomfortable until I was already out of town. Additionally, there was an issue where my bank informed me Rover had continued charging me weekly after the trip. It appears that it took her 2 weeks after the original cancelled service to cancel and I was being charged weekly for it in addition to not having been refunded the original amount. I had to call customer service to sort it out and get my money back. I'm not sure if that part was her fault or if it was just bad luck but either way my first experience with Rover was not positive.

Haley did a great job will my anxious dog. Would definitely use her services again!
