I have had pets my whole life and have been caring for them since I was small. Cats, dogs, horses, mules, snakes, frogs, fish, birds - you name it! I'm very comfortable with any kind, size or age pet. I am graduate student at UNT currently and work with wildlife. The experience growing up with pets as well as working with wildlife has helped me to have a good grasp on animal behavior. I am often able to gain the trust and comfort pets who are typically more cautious because of this. I have two, sweet old lady beagles that are my heart. I adopted them as puppies about 12 years ago and love every minute I can get with them. I would love to be the person you trust to care for your little (or big) loves!

Haley was fantastic! She was always on time and stayed for the full 30 minutes. Her write ups were thorough and so fun to read. You can tell that she really loves dogs and enjoys her time with them. She was great at getting our puppy to engage with her and I can see an improvement in his behavior since he'd been able to get our some energy during the day. Will definitely book again!

My goal is to make your pets comfortable and keep them entertained! In my own home there is a lot of cuddling, tug-o-war and walks. I will always check with you to see if you have any specific requests or tips about your pet's preferences. I will definitely make sure they get plenty of attention!

I know no two pets are alike and each has their own little personalities and likes/dislikes. Please let me know a little about your pet's personality and if they have any quirks so I can understnad how to make them comfortable and happy. Do they have places they like or dislike to be pet? What are their favorite toys or games? I'd also like to know where their supplies are located and anything else you think I may need to know about them. If I am walking your dog please let me know if they are dog or people reactive, or if they pull. I have no problem working with dogs that have these behaviors but it is important for me to know ahead of time. I want to make my time with your pet as enjoyable as I can for them!
A typical day
When I come to visit your pet I will make sure their needs are taken care of to your specifications - whether that be food, water, treats, potty or play time. If we are going on a walk, I'll make sure to get some of that pent up energy out of them and of course pick up after them. I love taking pictures of your fur babies so you will definitely get photos everytime!

Availability
As a graduate student, I currently have a lot of flexibility in my weekly routine. Occasionally, I may be in the field before the sun is up and sometimes on weekends I am off camping. I keep my calendar updated on the days I am not available though. Otherwise, I am generally able to accomodate any requests!
