This was my first time having someone on Rover, and I was hesitant at first as most of you reading this review may be. You're depending on someone else to get you out of a pinch, and are relying your pet will will be fine while you have that urgent errand/meeting that you're staying late for. Well after reading her previous reviews, I decided to give Haley a shot. She was very responsive and fast to reply, she managed the whole Rover process and walked me through all the steps. She offered multiple days for the meet and greet, has a flexible schedule, and best of all Xena, my dog, loved her! She really is as her other reviews say, kind, honest, loves animals, and can handle herself without much direction. I felt completely safe with her in my home, with my dog, and look forward to using her services again. Thank you Haley for accommodating my busy schedule, and for giving Xena all your love and attention. We'd be delighted to have you come by again in the future!

Haley Brownlee was my roommate for two years while I had a dog and she was like a second mom to him. Haley was always willing to assist me in walking, feeding, and cleaning up my dogs messes. I trusted Haley because she has animals of her own (dogs, reptiles, horse). Haley was such an impact to my life and my dog, she was listed as my dogs emergency contact until the day he passed. She would make a great addition to Rover services and will enrich dog, cats, and other animals lives.
