Pet care experience
I took on the role of an assistant manager of a pet grooming salon while I was in journalism school at UT. My two loves are storytelling and nature. I love animals, wildlife, plants, insects, and I especially love the bond we make with our pets at home. I have had five years of professional pet sitting experience, plus a lifetime of being around all different kinds of animals. I can't wait to chat more about your pets and how we can take care of them while you're away!

Haley is as good as they come! She took amazing care of both me and my mom's dogs (5 total!) while we were out of town for almost three weeks. She is super professional and I can assure that your dogs will be in good hands. Highly recommend!

Haley is a wonderful sitter. I have asked her back again and again. She is communicative, thoughtful, and responsible. She always leaves my home in good order and my dogs happy and well cared for. My dogs adore her more than any other sitter they've had. Traveling is far less stressful knowing that Haley is taking such good care of everyone at home.

As an anxious person myself, I make sure to alleviate any worry from family's by providing a lot of communication.

A typical day
Walking is one of my favorite ways to boost my mental health, and I love to bring dogs with me. Personally, I love to play games, be outside, and be in nature. I love to do all of those same things with the pets that I watch! If your pet is more of an inside gal/guy, I make sure to spend lots of time with gadgets, lazer pointers, and more.

Availability
I have a very flexible full-time position, so I am able to work with a lot of different family's schedules. When I am pet sitting, the pets are my priority. I make sure to follow the schedule and expectations that I set with the owners/family before they leave out of town.
