Pet care experience
For the past several years during the summer and holidays, I have worked for a dog daycare and boarding company located in Emmitsburg, Maryland. I am a currently working as Administrative Assistant at a Therapist’s office, which I work at remotely so I can be flexible. I was a dog caretaker, and my responsibilities included making sure the dogs were safe, secure, and happy. I was able to watch up to ten dogs with one other employee (10 dogs per employee) and I would make sure that the dogs would be playing safely. I have also worked at Brandywine Balley SPCA from September 2018-August 2019. I have availability to petsit and walk dogs during the weekends and most weekdays, but I am flexible to change that if needed! I love animals with all my heart and I can’t wait to spend time with your special pets!

I felt very confident leaving my 9 month old puppy with Hailey. She was very easy to communicate and my puppy really liked her. I was very happy to find her and will definitely call her again!
Hailey stayed with my two dogs for 3 nights while I was away. She was so easy to communicate with and was great at providing updates and pictures. She let me know how my girls were doing and replied to all my texts checking in on them in a timely matter. I truly felt relaxed while I was away knowing my dogs were in great hands. When I came home she left me a detailed note about her stay and my dogs. She even stripped her bed, put her towels/sheets in the washing machine, wiped the counters and mopped the floors! I was amazed at how great my house looked when I came home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hailey to my friends and family and will be using her in the future for sure!
Hailey did a good job taking care of our two dogs overnight. They dogs loved her!
Hailey was AWESOME! She did everything we asked and then more! She cleaned our counters, floors, folded laundry and spoiled our fur babies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I prefer watching your pets in your home, since I believe that comfort and normality helps the pets stay less anxious and more relaxed while their parents are away. I always clean the house I stay at and wash any dishes, sheets, and towels I use. I believe in leaving a home as I found it, If not better!
Information Hailey S. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know if there is any prey drive with your pet, and if they are aggressive with other animals or people. I would also like to know if they have special instructions for feeding or medications, if it is needed.
A typical day
I can play fetch, tug-of-war, chase, and other games that will allow your pet to play and get out the much needed energy. I will walk them for about a mile or two, depending on the heat and other weather. I can also feed your pet if necessary, and bathe them if necessary.

Availability
I work 30 hours a week remotely, so currently my schedule is very flexible and I am able to work with clients schedules to ensure that we can work our a good time and routine for you and your pets. Come end of August, I am starting school again at Hood college, so my schedule may change somewhat, but I should be flexible!
