Hailey would make an exceptional dog caregiver because she is such a compassionate person. Ever since I met Hailey 3 years ago, she has never ceased to amaze me with the amount of love and trust she has. When she first started fostering dogs earlier this year, she went above and beyond her teams expectations to provide amazing temporary homes for the dogs. I saw Jenna (her first foster) change from a shy, nervous girl, to a happy care free pup in a matter of weeks. Hailey is a dedicated, hardworking, responsible animal lover. No matter the challenge and no matter the dog, Hailey will dedicate her time to these dogs to ensure that they are happy and well cared for. I would not hesitate to have Hailey take care of my dog, as I know Hailey will treat her as if she was her own.

Hailey would make an amazing dog sitter because she is one of the most responsible and trustworthy people I've met - if you ask her to do something she will not only do it but she will take extra measures to make sure it's done properly. She's organized and never slacks off when it comes to working. To add on, she not only cares about the dogs she's taken care of in the past (through fostering) but she has gone above and beyond to make sure they had everything they needed or wanted. The transformation of her foster pups Jenna and Bambi from before, when they first arrived in her house and were somewhat nervous about people, to after, when they were so happy to see her, running around and unabashedly demanding cuddles, was an amazing sight to see. There is no doubt in my mind that she will provide loving care to any dog she has the opportunity to dog sit for.
