College Student- Dog Caretaker!
Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Hailey and I'm a fully remote student at the University of Maine. I double major in Sociology and Political Science. I am currently living in Orono for schooling and am looking to walk dogs during the day and take care of them while the owners are away! I am following all COVID regulations and will be wearing a mask even when I am outside walking your pets. I have had animals since I was very little, from birds to dogs to cats. I have also watched my family's pets for years. I love all sizes of dogs and can handle very large breeds. I am very social and bubbly, and my schedule is pretty much free since my classes don't begin until fall. I also have a valid driver's license and am willing to drive anywhere fairly close to the area. Thank you!

I do not offer in-housing boarding as I am a college student and need to be courteous of my roommates and our living situation. I am more than happy to stay at the owner's home while taking care of their pets.

A typical day
My favorite pastime is hiking and going to the lake! Having a friend on the trail with me is always more fun, as I have a buddy to walk with. Dog parks are great too, but nature is much better.

Availability
Most of my courses are online, so taking care of other people's pets would be the top priority. I usually exercise indoors in the morning and can exercise with pets later in the day.
