Pet care experience
I've had dogs all my life. Raised them from puppies. Helped friends, family, and neighbors take care of their dogs when need be. I love animals and am very good with them. Every dog is different and has it's own personality and quarks. This is an important thing to understand when pet sitting/dog walking/helping take care of others pets. One thing remains the same; They all want love, understanding, stability, compassion and respect. Just like we do. I provide these things without hesitation. I do not use violence to get results, just patience, rewards, and fun! I rescued and rehabilitated a dog that had aggression issues towards other dogs. He now lives with a friend of mine and is a really good boy. I have 2 pups who are very good with other animals and real sweethearts. If i have to stay at your home, they would need to come with, so I only do stays in homes with dog friendly dogs right now. I do not do long or extended over night stays anymore. The longest i am willing to stay is 3-4 days. I'll swing by your house as much as you need, but extended overnight stays just don't work for me because I have two dogs of my own. However, if you are absolutely desperate, we can discuss it and negotiate, and perhaps work something out.

What you should value most from someone looking after your animal is compassion, understanding, flexibility, and the ability to give you peace of mind. Hailey did everything I asked and more taking care of my little guy and I would recommend her to anyone who wants an easy experience that minimizes stress on your animal. Also love the daily pictures!
Hailey is the best, went above and beyond for me and my dog. Communicated with me the whole way through and it shows she really cares about your pupper!
Hailey gives us peace of mind when we are away. We love getting the pictures of our dogs having fun with her. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. She is the BEST!
Hailey was fantastic with my 3 dogs and engaged with them each individually to ensure they had a great time while we were traveling. She kept in touch with us during the week with fun pictures of the dogs. We will certainly reach out to Hailey again when we travel next. I highly recommend her unless of course I need to have her watch my dogs again and our dates overlap :)

I have no preference with breed, all breeds are fine. If your dog has special needs like aggression issues, fears, anxieties of any kind, please tell me about them ahead of time! It won't change my mind about pet sitting for you or walking them, it's just good to know so I can better serve their needs.
A typical day
Depending on the dogs specifications, (IE: whether it's friendly with other animals or not), I take them different places. Dogs that are friendly with other animals, I take to parks, trails, dog parks, walks on the green belt, etc. Dogs that aren't friendly with other animals, I take to more secluded places where we won't have any troubles with other animals. Certain parks at specific times, certain trails I know don't have a lot of animals, etc. I'll always do the research to ensure a good time is had by all. There are also dogs that have a lot of fears and phobias of loud noises and things that I like to take way out into the country where there isn't any traffic noises to terrify them, and play with them in the beautiful fields. Because it is someone elses family member, I like to keep them safe and keep them on leash during these play times, so for these specific situations, I'll be bringing an extended cable leash unless you prefer another method. I'm very flexible.
