Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Hailey and I received my bachelors degree in Anthrozoology from Carroll College in May! I worked at a doggy daycare while I lived in Helena where I managed groups with up to 20 dogs, gave medications and catered to each pups personality. I have provided overnight care for a variety of breeds. I also have experience working as a veterinary assistant as I spent two summers working at a vet clinic in PA. I am more than capable in taking care of multiple pets (no matter what kind), overnight visits, dog training, pet CPR and disaster response (I have course certification).

I care for pets with the utmost respect. I love animals and want to make sure they are safe and well cared for especially in their own home. I understand animal behaviors and body language very well which helps me to cater to the animals personal needs. I know when to go slow and how to build a relationship based on trust with any pet I watch so that we can have a great time together. I am certified in pet first aid, CPR and disaster response so that I can better care for animals in case of an emergency.

Please let me know in advance if there are certain trick words you use, if your pet will need medications and if your pet is unsure of new people in the house. Please also let me know in advance if your pet has any tendencies to be an "escape artist", has separation anxiety or if they can only be left for a few hours during the day. If I know these things in advance, I can cater to your pets needs in a more efficient way.
A typical day
I love entertaining your pet. Going for walks is enjoyable not only for them but for me as well because I love being outside! I’m willing (with owner permission) to take dogs to any of their favorite spots.

Availability
I am pretty open to availability for pet care including drop in visits, walking or overnight care. I do currently have a full time job at a doggy daycare so it is preferred if your pet is comfortable being alone during the day. We can work out the details around scheduling further if you message me!
