I have grown up around dogs, cats, and other small animals my entire life, and I am an absolute animal lover. I have even volunteered with special needs cats and rescue dogs at CatSnap (Champaign, IL), NAWS (Mokena), and Jackson Animal Rescue (Mississippi). I can assure you that no matter the size, personality, or age, I have experience with a pet like yours! During my services, I treat all pets with the love and respect that I give my own. Having once traveled for work myself, I know how hard it can be to be away from our pets, so I go above and beyond in my Rover Cards. Clients can be at ease knowing they will receive detailed updates and frequent pictures of their loved one(s).

Gwyneth did a great job looking after my cat, Alice! I had never used a pet sitting service before, but she was patient and put my mind at ease. During my trip, she sent photos and detailed updates and kept me apprised of a couple of possible issues. She respected Alice’s need for space in the beginning, and by the end of my trip, Alice was cuddling and talking with her :) I would definitely use Gwyneth’s services again for my next trip!
I am so grateful for Gwyneth! This was my first time leaving my cat, Maggie, with a sitter and I was anxious but Gwyneth put my mind at ease! Maggie hides around new people, but she warmed up to Gwyneth quickly! Gwyneth’s Rover cards are exceptionally detailed. I would recommend her to everyone.
Gwyneth was a fantastic communicator and took wonderful care of my cat! I highly recommend and will be using her services again.

It is important for me as a sitter/caretaker to truly understand your pet so that I may provide the safe and comfortable care. Please be sure to tell me about your pet's likes, fears/potential triggers, schedule, socialization habits, and any emergency contacts you may have for them.
A typical day
I love to engage animals physically, mentally, and socially because a bored pet is an unhappy pet. Aside from the normal love and play that I give all my furry clients, I also work with any pet parent to make sure their family is enriched during my care. This may include runs with dogs, treat puzzles or open windows for cats, etc.

Availability
I currently work a hybrid schedule from the New Lenox/ Lockport and South Chicago area. On weekdays, I am consistently available for care in the early mornings (before 8:30) and evenings (after 5), but customizations can also be made to meet your needs with advanced notice. On weekends I have full availability for all services.
