I have worked at a breeding kennel, and have volunteered at a barn with 31 horses, and have the experience. I also boarded dogs in my home for 3 years with Dog Vacay, but now I am looking for drop in visits in your home. Why? Because I want to give your pets one one one attention while they are in my care, and pets experience less stress if they are in their own home. I can also meet the ferrier should you need someone to halter and hold your horse(s). I am honest and mature (55), passed a background check, and can provide you with references. Let me take the worry out of leaving your beloved pets while you are on a short or long trip. I consider it a blessing to have animals trusted in my care. Gwen is such a blessing to us. With our 2 dogs? and 3 horses? it is a real find to have someone you trust willing to stay in your home. It's important to us to have someone there in the house with the dogs so they don't feel alone at night. Gwen stayed in touch with us every day and sent photos? Her love and knowledge of animals make for the perfect petsitter! We feel truly blessed to have her!❤
Gwen is so loving and caring and patient. I recommend her services to everybody. She really does a great job. We went out of town for a week and I was actually able to relax and didn't worry that my babies were lonely or sad.
Gwen is great with pets. She was my next door neighbor for 1 year. We shared a backyard and our dogs would play together. She would lead pack walks with our dogs as a way to provide safe and instructive socialization. She also dog sat for me on several occasions. She kept me in the loop with constant updates on my dog from walks, to feeding time even about the health of my dog. It was to know that my dog was always in good hands when I left her with Gwen. It made traveling so much more enjoyable. I would recommend her as a great asset to Rover and for anyone looking for a safe, energetic, and reliable dog sitter.
