My name is Gwen and I am so excited to spend time with your fur baby! I have used Rover in the past and can understand the separation anxiety and concern often felt when leaving your loved one in a new place while you’re away. A kind Rover inspired me to want to offer the same service and reassurance I got. I have worked with dogs a lot but more so within the past year. In fact- my last roommate owned a dog boarding/ training business so I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve from spending time with her pack/boarders! We have had up to 10 dogs at a time... all under one roof! Quite frankly- I miss that kind of love and excitement! (Btw- She’s currently deployed but her wonderful staff can still assist with training if you’re looking! Ask for details if we end up messaging 😉). I rescued a sweet pit baby named Zeus 5 years ago and he LOVES playing with other dogs! His best friend is a German Shepard. 😂 Enough about me though... let’s talk about your pooch! Is your dog active or a couch potato? We love a good hike but also- a good Netflix and chill. Lol. Either way- we follow their lead and can’t wait to meet em’! I’m currently working from home full time so between calls, I’ll be rolling around with your dog and mine or we’ll be playing tug. Bathroom breaks can be provided as often as my meetings permit. We don’t typically crate dogs but require that dogs staying with us be crate trained because you just never know. Our dog is a pretty cool customer and stays to himself but will play when he’s up to it. We take leashed walks as often as needed and have plenty of toys, bones and an extra bed for your dog to lay in. Dogs always sleep in the main bedroom with us on their cots.
