HI I'm Gwen! I go to school in the city and I figured dog walking would give me an opportunity to spend more time with animals and outside while making some money. I have a terror-mix at home in New Jersey that I've been taking care of for 10 years. I miss him very much, which is actually what inspired me to join rover. I've also cared for my neighbors' and friends' dogs on numerous occasions. I have a lot of experience walking and caring for dogs. I am available any time on Saturday Sunday and Friday, but unfortunately I have classes the rest of the week at various times. I'm looking forward to all the dog walking experiences that come my way (fingers crossed)!

I'm Gwen's father, but I'm being absolutely objective when I say that Gwen is perfect for the job of dog sitter. For the last 10 years, we've owned a dog (Sammy) but part of the deal when we rescued him was that my 3 daughters would have the job of taking care of him. Gwen (who was 8 at the time) and her two sisters have done 90% of the walking, feeding, bathing, grooming, etc. When Gwen's oldest sister left for college, Gwen took over as the primary caregiver for Sammy and has done a great job. Even brushing his teeth as per the vet's recommendation. You'll have no worries if your dog is in Gwen's hands.
