First of all, from what I can tell, my dog was safe and cared for. However there were too many issues which were made worse by being covered up with lies. First of all, I’m not sure if Guillermo was even doing the work bc most of my communication was with his girlfriend. She seemed sweet so I was ok with it. But he only sometimes answered my texts which going forward I would not allow. While on vacation i received complaints from my neighbors via my condo management that they were parking overnight in clearly designated day-use guest parking, smoking on the grounds, and doing car work on blocks in the guest parking also that there were loud dogs at night coming from them. My dog is tiny and rarely barks so I didn’t think it was them disturbing the neighbors. I asked Guillermo about this and all he said was that a neighbor was rude to him. His gf answered my texts more often but claimed it wasn’t them, that her friend only briefly brought her dog by and that she accidentally left her car overnight only once in the guest parking. All that turned out to be lies. After this Guillermo stopped answering my texts. The gf was nice enough to leave us some freshly baked muffins but that didn’t make up for the fact that they never cleaned up one poop during the whole nine days, including the larger poops of their friends dog. I have a tiny patio and not only was it covered in poop, it was slimy bc it had rained. I don’t believe they ever took my dog for a walk or if they did, they left my door unlocked bc I never once got a notification that the door had been locked in nine days. Finally, the house was filthy and I had to clean the floor, walls, and furniture after a long red eye flight home. Unhappy customer here.

We left our havadoodle in Guillermo’s care for a week. It was the first time our 1 year old pup was away from us. Guillermo conducts himself professionally and is a great match for our dog. One comment is to provide automatic daily updates just to check in how the dog is doing. Thank you, Guillermo!
