It was such a pleasure meeting and working with Griseth! Her positive and bubbly demeanor put me at ease leaving my beloved pup in her care; I could truly sense that she loved dogs and would take excellent care of her. I really appreciated that she sent me pics and updates throughout the day while I was away! It confirmed that my pup was safe and was having a great time. Thank you so much ...

Griseth is my #1 “go to” when I need my best dude looked after. She is super responsive, asks all the rights questions and keeps me informed multiple times a day on how my dog is doing, along with pictures and videos! I highly recommend Griseth to watch your dog!

I would definitely recommend Griseth as a great dog sitter. She is especially kind and caring. She loves children, people and pets too. She is very conscientious and practical. She has a lot of energy and is always happy. She also is very organized and gets the job done. Rover will be fortunate to have her on board. ?

Dog-heart-minded, soulfully active!

I love dogs in all shapes, colors, temperaments, energy levels, and sizes! Growing up, my parents never allowed us to have pets due to shedding and had my first pup at age 21. Ever since, I’ve been addicted and love them all, can’t get enough!! Needless to say, I’ve also convinced my parents and we now have our pets that have become our kids and, yes if course, they run the house ...

What Griseth would like to know about your dog

Firstly, I would be interested in becoming aware of the dog’s temperament, if he/she is shy, hyper, calm, energetic. Also, the dog’s needs are very important, such as preferences and habits and the way they communicate what they want and need. I would love to know how he/she is around other dog types (size, energy levels, age) and children as well as environments to best accommodate and be proactive to not let situations arise by preparing beforehand. A list of suggestions of what phrases/commands to say to your pup under certain circumstances as well as how to ease him into busy environments or new dogs will be a great resource for me. I do not have any breed preferences. I have a small and medium dog; therefore, as long as your pup is okay to interact with them it is fine with me to create bonding and fun experiences for them. My dogs love to make furry friends!

When Griseth watches your pet

We solemnly promise to definitely NOT keep calm. After building rapport and being comfortable with me approaching and petting, beware there will be pooch smooches, hugs, squeezes, tummy-back-butt scratches! Though we do not have a fenced yard, our furry babies and we are Encinitas residents and love to make use of the great hiking trails near the botanical gardens and local dog parks. We do love to walk along the beach on the 101 and make dog beach trips to play fetch, run around, and have a jolly time. Having my line of work of working in early childhood special education, my passion is advocating for those tiny individuals whom can not express their feelings, thoughts, and wants/needs. I strongly believe dogs have the biggest, most faithful and empathetic hearts and need to be treated as such and as the best member of the family. Big, small, hairy or not..they all need love, attention, and tons of affection.
