Pet care experience
I ABSOLUTELY love dogs. I have grown up around dogs and adopted a senior dog after a terrible break up. He brought me out of a depression. After meeting my husband and after my dog crossed the rainbow bridge, I felt so lost. We are now proud owners of 4 dogs and a cat, all who are senior. I love to spoil any dogs by playing, walking, brushing, or just a relaxing massage or snuggles! I work night shift as a NICU nurse so I am home every day. My husband is always home during the day also. We have 3 almost grown children (ages 14, 18, 22), that are a huge help. We have a fenced yard along with a nice neighborhood to walk around.

I have never meet anyone who cares more about pets than Gretta. She loves all animals and will stop what ever she is doing to help, hold or just pet an animal. She is a caring nurse, and pet mom of 4 dogs and 1 cat. She loves to hike and walk,and on her off days she can be found in the park with her best buddy Rusty who she loves to hike with. I have never meet a more caring person when it comes to animals, she loves to spoil them. If you want your pet to be in good hands and be loved and taken care Gretta is the person for you.

If the dog is staying at our house, obviously they must get along with others. As far as me staying at your place, I would love to know feeding schedules, usual bedtimes, any weird “quirks” what they love and hate, dietary restrictions, and any meds they are on.
A typical day
I walk our dogs around our neighborhood which has sidewalks, and also I take our oldest dog on hikes with me. I also pay attention to their activity level and will just relax with them when needed. I’m always up for a game of fetch with our dogs, along with belly rubs :)
