Hello all Dogs & Cats owners, My name is Gretel and I am passionate about animals. This is one of the main reasons why I am vegetarian. I speak 3 languages (English, French, and Spanish). For the moment I am working at home, so I have plenty of time for your babies! I am the owner of Paws Bento. So, I always have delicious treatos at home !:) I am the mommy of two beautiful cats Izzy and Romeo and the princess of the house, my tiny chihuahua Coco. My pets are my babies and I treat them with a lot of love, respect, and discipline. I just moved to Peterborough in a house. We want to do a kind of Airbnb for dogs. 😍🤗 Now you got it - I love taking care of pets. They make me happy and my goal is to make them happy too. * I have experience with Rescue/Puppies & Senior dogs

We have left our dog with Gretel a few times now and our experience has been great! She is a true dog lover and Po always comes back home happy and calm. She always provides updates and send pictures and makes us comfortable knowing we’ve left our dog with someone that genuinely cares!
Greta takes excellent care of my dog Diggs. He goes for walks, sends photos daily, updates you in his day when you pick him up. She’s been very accommodating when you need her services. Our fluffy girl stayed several days with Gretel happy, healthy and then came back with a new favourite toy that she picked herself just when leaving (oh my… thank you Gretel!!). We’ll definitely return in the future.

Our house has a fenced backyard. A lot of space and nice parks closer. I used to walk the dogs in the morning and evening (if the owner wants). We do not use crates at home but feel free to bring yours if necessary.

Before taking care of your dog, I would like to know if your baby has been trained. What kind of behavior your dog has? Is your dog allergic to anything? Is your dog-friendly with cats, dogs and babies? I do not have any preference for a specific breed but pet owners need to take into consideration these factors. 1. I am ok with any dog breeds for a walk or extra activity outside. However, I would like to know if your dog is ok with other dogs. If yes, I will bring my Coco (my chihuahua) with us to have fun together if not, no problem I will let her at home. 2. I am ok with taking care of your dog at my place but your baby needs to be ok with my cats and my chihuahua. 3. I am ok to pet sitting at the owner's place and I am open to all breeds.
A typical day
As pet owner business, we have a lot of treats and toys in our home. We will take your baby at the parks, long walks and teach them discipline and some training tricks.

Available all day, any time even on weekends. I work from home, so your dog will never be alone. 💕 All the dogs I take care of must be very sweet and friendly with humans and dogs.
