Pet care experience
I grew up in a household were there was always a pet around, and from a young age I started to help watch our other family and friend's animals. I've cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, chickens, and even turkeys!

Gretchen was great! She kept us updated frequently and sent many pictures of our dogs throughout the stay. She took great care of them and they were very happy. This was the first time we left them with someone other than friends or family and Gretchen really made us feel comfortable and eased our minds.
Gretchen is the best dog sitter I have ever had. She keeps us informed with pictures and comments about the pups day. She goes above and beyond for me and my dogs. I highly recommend her! It's so nice to feel confident the dogs are being well taken care of. She also takes care of the house too. She has shoveled and taken the mail in. I believe our pets are part of our families, so I strive to provide attentive care which can include feeding plans, medication distribution, walks/exercise, potty breaks, lots of love, and the occasional photoshoot session! I try and create a welcoming and trusting environment wherever I go to not only soothe the pets stress but the owners as well. It nots easy leaving our pets, but I can promise you the greatest care!

I would love to get an idea of key trained phrases and words you specifically use with your pet. It will not only help keep control while you're away, but help establish a trusting bond. Also, a typical day in your pets life helps me learn more about their personality too!
A typical day
I am an avid nature park visitor, so I am aware of plenty of places to visit for walks and fresh air if your pet desires, but neighborhood walks are just as fun. I love interacting with each pet's favorite toy whether it be a tug-o-war rope or a stick for fetch. Whatever keeps them happy and engaged to run off that built up energy for a good nap or nights rest later.

Availability
This is currently a second job for me, and my other occupation is at the McHenry Hospital working overnights in the ED. I'm very flexible throughout the entire 7 day week from morning to night otherwise!
