I've grown up with dogs my entire life and I have a great rapport with all dogs. I'm an actor and filmmaker and an avid runner. I live in the Upper West side and have a dog of my own as well as several other dogs in my extended family. I often go up to Pennsylvania to visit my girlfriends parents where they have two beautiful large dogs that we take onto the open fields to take long walks and run free. I believe strongly that most dogs need exercise and more than just an average walk so if i get the opportunity and am permitted to take them to a park where they can blow off some steam i do. I think my personal concern for the healthy lifestyle and well being of dogs makes me an exceptional dog walker and caretaker cause i make it my business to give them a healthy and joyful lifestyle while in my care. As far as Im concerned they are like children in that they have to be supervised and cared for with heart and concern. The exposure I have had with dog caring through my family has taught mw to go to the extra mile with animals, not just giving them the basic amount of attention they need to survive but the extras they need to be happy and thrive. My girlfriend is also a dog lover and she often is present when i care for dogs therefore giving the dogs even more attention as well as a third playmate to run and play catch with. One of our favorite things t do with our schnauzer is to have it run back and forth between us over a long distance or up hills as this breed is so full of energy and excels in an obstacle course like environment. I genuinely care for animals and this innate concern and love sets me apart from most caretakers and walkers because Its important for me that they get the most out of their time in my care.
