I'm the proud owner of my second rescue dog, McKenzie. She came housebroken, but I taught her to swim. I've taken her from New Mexico to Texas and back and live here in Austin with her. I've had a dog for the last 20 years, I lost Katie in 2008. And got McKenzie after a couple years of dog sitting for my friends. I've dog sat for around 17 dogs in the last 6 years, from hunting breeds huskies, to terriers. My dog is shepard / lab mix, around 75 lbs. I don't make dogs walk anymore than I make horses drink, I do play with them walk them and get to know their personalites. In this way I find the dogs all respond to me well listening and doing what I ask of them on our walks or outings. Your dog will be in loving hands.
