I moved to Alexandria 20 years ago and have lived in the Groveton area since 2010. My wife and I have 3 kids and a large fenced in yard and a dog park half a block away. The two main reasons I want to help you with your pets is I have started to find I have some extra time in between carting the kids to and from school that I’d like to fill with something financially soul satisfying. Second, the kids have been asking to get a dog and this is a great way for them to learn about different breeds and the responsibilities that go along with dog ownership, while giving our family the flexibility we still need. Though we don’t currently have a dog growing up and for much of my adult life I have either owned or lived with dogs and we are the first people our friends call to check in on or board their animals when they go out of town.
