Other dogs can be separated in our outdoor area but never left unattended. There is always someone there to meet your pets needs. We teach puppy obedience, basic obedience, advanced obedience, as well as service dog training, odor detection, and personal protection. We use all methods of training based on what your pet is responsive to. Familiar with most breeds from industry experience, as well as medical issues and treatment. Greg was chosen for boarding based on his glorious reviews. However, my experience wasn't as glorious as I would have liked it to be. I don't know exactly what happened. All I know is that my dog who is the happiest dog alive, looked submissive in every photo this guy sent and his eyes were constantly squinted hard in a weird way. The light in every photo was normal, so it couldn't be the light. My dog is always full of life and is super playful. When we came to pick him up, he was just laying in his crate and was all serious despite the crate door being open. It was all weird and unsettling because my dog is seriously the most playful and joyful little guy ever. Again, I have no idea what happened or didn't happen, but since I will never get my answers, I know I will never leave my boy with this guy. You just never know. Better be safe than sorry.
I don't want to ruin this man's job with a bad review. This was our first rover so we had no idea what to expect. We always take our dogs with us, which we will continue doing from here on out. We thought rover was where someone watches your dogs and treats them like their own. In our case, which some people may be ok with, he definitely kept our dogs kenneled and several other dogs as well. That's not what we were looking for. We got them groomed the day before and the smell they had when they got home was awful. We could tell they were neglected. I will just say if you are bonded with your dogs and treat them as if they were family, I wouldn't bring them here. Also, he does not communicate at all! I received about 3 messages with two to three words after I asked about my dogs and when I picked them up it was the same thing.
Greg is a good dude that pointed out a few things I was doing wrong (like leaving collar on for too long, was starting to affect puppy fur). He went above and beyond and brushed a German shedder (that time of the year) Thanks again.
Perfect first meeting. Greg was a very informative and offered great suggestions for my puppy who has allergies. It’s obvious Greg really cares for animals. Looking forward to boarding Rocco with Greg.
