Greg was incredibly patient with my (high strung) dog, who got a bit stressed and feisty the first day I was out of town on a brief 3 day trip. Not only was Greg patient with my dog on that first day, he remained prompt and professional for the duration of my absence, responding quickly to messages sent through DogVacay and commenting on how my dog was generally doing. An all around positive experience--both for me and my dog.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This was my first experience with dogvacay, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. Greg surpassed every expectation & I am so thankful that I found someone who is caring, considerate & very professional. I'm new to Pittsburgh & do not have available local family here so leaving for work or weekend getaways were becoming impossible. Greg took the time to meet my pups before my trip to make sure they were comfortable with him... and even sent me a text with pic each day to let me know I could rest easy, knowing that my pups were being well taken care of. I'm already booking my next appointment. Greg was sincerely a pleasure and allowed me to relax & not worry. :)
